I accept responsibility to abide by this Acceptable Use Policy and Internet Access Agreemnet as stated in this agreement.

I agree:

1. To use the Internet Network in support of education and research.
2. To use the Internet Network only with the permission of the responsible teacher.
3. Not to give out personal information such as my address, telephone number, parent's work number or address, my picture, or the name and location of my school without my teacher's and my parent's permission.
4. Not knowingly degrade or disrupt Internet network services or equipment. This includes, but is not limited to tampering with computer hardware or software, vandalizing data, invoking computer viruses, attempting to gain access to restricted or unauthorized network services, accessing "adult" sites, and violating copyright laws.
5. To immediately report any problems or breeches of these responsibilities to the responsible teacher.

I understand that any conduct that is in conflict with these responsibilities will result in disciplinary action and possible termination of network and/or computer lab access.
